Dress Code Policy

My opinion on the dress code policy, is that it is idiotic, ignorant and unjust in some aspects. In the summer it gets very hot and sticky, it should not be fair for us to have to suffer in more concealed clothing. I understand that the shorts and some of the shirts students wear are inappropriate. I think a shirt that shows off a females entire cleavage and stomach is not very proper. But I definitely find it fair enough to wear a tanktop that just shows off shoulders. Shorts should be able to be worn, but the the length of someones hand is not right. Every person has different proportions, some people are thicker some are thinner, some have longer arms and some shorter. I think if the shorts cover up someones rear and go a little past that they are alright to wear, there is no inappropriate skin showing so there should be no problem for anyone to wear them.
